State Grid takes formal ownership of Brazil's CPFL controlling stakes

SAO PAULO, Jan 23 (Reuters) - State Grid Corp of China

on Monday took formal ownership of controlling stakes

in Brazilian power utility CPFL Energia SA, five months after
