DUBLIN, Jan 31 (Reuters) - The European Commission needs to
hold further talks with Gazprom before seeking
feedback on concessions submitted by the Russian state gas
exporter aimed at resolving a competition dispute, the EU's
antitrust regulator said on Tuesday.
