Dutch fund DIF and EDF confirm acquisition of German gas grid Thyssengas

FRANKFURT, June 16 (Reuters) - Dutch infrastructure fund DIF

and French utility EDF confirmed that they have agreed

to buy German gas grid Thyssengas from Macquarie.
