SAO PAULO, Dec 2 (Reuters) - Spain's infrastructure company
Ferrovial SA is in talks to acquire from its Spanish
rival Grupo Isolux Corsan SA three power
transmission projects in Brazil, according to a Ferrovial letter
seen by Reuters on Friday.
