Venezuela's PDVSA says oil spill controlled, Orinoco unaffected

CARACAS, Nov 8 (Reuters) - Venezuela's state oil company

PDVSA said on Tuesday it had controlled a crude spill in a

northeastern state and ruled out any contamination of the
