Areva's Varin targeting firm offers from CNNC and MHI

PARIS, Nov 23 (Reuters) - Areva is in talks with

Chinese nuclear group CNNC and Japan's Mitsubishi Heavy

Industries (MHI) about taking a minority stake in the
