UPDATE 1-Engie considers future of its LNG unit - union

PARIS, Sept 19 (Reuters) - French gas and power group Engie

is considering the future of its liquefied natural

gas (LNG) business, which could lead to a reorganisation and

maybe a sale, the firm's CGT union said on Monday.
