Canada regulator suspends TransCanada pipeline approval hearing

Aug 30 (Reuters) - Canada's National Energy Board on Tuesday

suspended Montreal hearings on TransCanada Corp's

proposed Energy East pipeline for the rest of the week after

protests disrupted the first day on Monday.
