UPDATE 1-Total seen unlikely to fight ExxonMobil over South Pacific gas

MELBOURNE, July 20 (Reuters) - Total SA is

unlikely to challenge ExxonMobil in a bidding war for

explorer InterOil Corp, the French firm's partner in a
