German utility RWE's local investors secure influence at Innogy

DUESSELDORF, Germany, July 21 (Reuters) - Municipal

shareholders in Germany's RWE have secured continued

influence at the utility's renewables and retail business, the

head of their representative body told Reuters, signalling
