UPDATE 1-Ophir ends talks with Schlumberger over Equatorial Guinea project

April 29 (Reuters) - Ophir Energy Plc lost about a

quarter of its market value on Friday, after the oil and gas

explorer said it had ended talks to bring Schlumberger

on board as a partner on its Fortuna project in Equatorial

Guinea.
