SunEdison seeks examiner to probe recent transactions

April 21 (Reuters) - SunEdison Inc asked a U.S.

bankruptcy judge on Thursday to appoint an independent examiner

to review recent transactions, although the company said it is

not aware of any particular wrongdoing.
